I finally was able to have an all-in-one guide on how to plan my meals... they are kidney friendly, easy to prepare, and most of all, delicious!

I got a copy and immediately implemented it the next day. Not only did I use most of the items I already have in my fridge and pantry, I also got my husband involved in the planning. Last time we did that, the kids were in primary school. Thank you RenalTracker!
