Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment

1. Your place is secured only upon receipt of either full payment or first instalment.

Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to lizzie@biggerpic.com.au.

2. Cancellations received 60 days or more before the event start date will receive a 90% refund of amounts paid.

3. Cancellations within 60 days of the event are non-refundable but transferable to another attendee (subject to approval).

4. If you're on a payment plan and cancel more than 60 days before the event, you'll receive a 90% refund of amounts paid and remaining instalments will be cancelled.

Event Changes or Cancellation

1. In the unlikely event that Vision Into Velocity is cancelled or rescheduled, you will be offered either:

   • A full refund of all amounts paid, or

   • Transfer to the rescheduled date

2. We are not liable for any travel or accommodation costs you may incur in relation to event changes.

Health and Safety

1. By attending, you agree to comply with all venue health and safety requirements.

2. Please inform us of any dietary requirements or accessibility needs at time of booking.

Photography and Recording

1. Professional photography and video will be taken during the event.

2. By attending, you grant permission for your image to be used in future promotional materials.

3. You may opt out of photography by notifying us in writing before the event.

Privacy

1. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian Privacy Principles.

2. Contact details shared during the retreat will only be distributed with your explicit permission.

Liability

1. While we take all reasonable care, we cannot accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during the retreat.

2. We recommend you have appropriate travel insurance for your stay.
