PilotI'm Jason. I read Gene Mosley's book, Worthy to Be Great, where he teaches self-discipline as a way of achieving greatness. This book has helped me realize how much I have been limiting myself from being great. Through the many activities and assessments, I've developed skills to aid in self-discipline that will affect positive change in my life. My favorite section is Section 4 on enhancing relationship skills. Here, Gene describes how one must start with oneself before expecting to establish a positive relationship with others. This is what I needed to hear.
I've always struggled with my relationship with others, but more importantly, with myself. I recommend Worthy to Be Great to anyone with bad habits that inhibit reaching one's full potential.

I've chosen Chapter 17 as my topic to discuss, "Primary Motivators," because this chapter has helped me understand and keep me disciplined in my goals and dreams. It gives me an endless amount of motivation because I know my primary motivator is monitoring me every day, and I have to make that difference for them. So I advise you guys, if you are struggling for motivation, to pick up your own copy of G. Mosley's "Worthy to Be Great" book. This is a must-read. And, as always, let's make this a wonderful day.
