This is guided nervous system work for people who are tired of living in financial bracing all the time.


If you’ve never experienced Yoga Nidra before, don’t let the word “yoga” throw you off.

This is not a yoga class.

You do not need yoga pants, flexibility, experience, or the ability to fold yourself into a pretzel shape on the floor.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice sometimes called “yogic sleep.” You simply get comfortable and listen.

You can do these sessions lying in bed, curled up on the couch, sitting in a chair, or wherever your body feels supported.

You are guided the entire time.

There’s nothing to perform here.

No pressure to clear your mind, “do it right", or that you become instantly calm and healed.


The practice works by helping your nervous system settle into a deeply relaxed state where your body becomes more receptive to healing, regulation, and new patterns.

When your body no longer reacts to money like immediate danger, things begin to shift.

Decisions become clearer.

Avoidance softens.

Shame loosens its grip.

You stop living in constant reaction.

And steadiness finally becomes possible.
