Yet somewhere along the way — often after becoming a mother — the career that once fit no longer feels aligned with the life you’re living now.

Having worked across corporate environments, international teams, and online businesses, I bring both strategic clarity and grounded realism to this transition. But what truly shapes my coaching is my deep belief that career growth must also be nervous-system aware, identity-honoring, and human.

I don’t believe in pushing women into predefined boxes or fast-track formulas. Instead, I help you slow down enough to hear your own wisdom again — to reconnect with what you’re already good at, what energizes you, and what kind of work structure actually supports your life.
