Commercial License

Personalized songs are created primarily for personal use — such as gifting, private sharing, or meaningful moments between individuals.

If you plan to use a song for business, promotional, or monetized purposes, a Commercial License is required.

What Counts as Commercial Use?

Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

  • Use in paid advertising or promotions
  • Monetized YouTube, social media, or podcast content
  • Business websites, brand videos, or landing pages
  • Client projects, resale, or redistribution
  • Any use intended to generate revenue or promote a product, service, or brand

If you’re unsure whether your use qualifies as commercial, feel free to reach out before ordering.

What the Commercial License Includes

With a Commercial License, you receive permission to:

  • Use your personalized song in business or promotional content
  • Include the song in monetized media
  • Use the song publicly in connection with a brand, product, or service

The license is non-exclusive and applies only to the specific song purchased.

What’s Not Included

The Commercial License does not:

  • Transfer ownership of the underlying composition
  • Allow resale or sublicensing of the song itself
  • Grant exclusive rights

We retain ownership of the original composition and production elements.

How to Add a Commercial License

The Commercial License is available as an optional add-on during checkout or by request before delivery.

Pricing varies depending on intended use.

Please contact us for details before completing your order if commercial usage is planned.
