Our Approach
We aim to create personalized songs that reflect meaningful moments with care and intention. Because music is a creative and subjective service delivered digitally, refunds are handled thoughtfully and on a case-by-case basis, in alignment with our Terms of Service.
Revisions and Adjustments
If a personalized song does not align with the emotional direction you intended, we may, at our discretion, offer reasonable adjustments to better reflect your request.
Clear information provided at the time of order greatly improves outcomes and reduces the need for revisions. Revisions are not guaranteed and are evaluated individually.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be considered only under the following conditions:
- You contact us within 24 hours of receiving your song
- The song has not been downloaded
- We are unable to reasonably address the concern through adjustment or clarification
Once a song has been downloaded, it is considered fully delivered and accepted, and the order is no longer eligible for a refund due to the irreversible nature of digital content.
How to Request a Refund Review
To request a refund review:
- Contact us at brian@theintrovertedmarketer.online within 24 hours of delivery
- Clearly explain what did not meet your expectations
- Allow up to 2 business days for review
If a refund is approved at our discretion, it will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Important Notes
- Downloading your song constitutes acceptance of delivery
- Subjective dissatisfaction alone does not automatically qualify for a refund
- Refunds are issued at our sole discretion
- Chargebacks initiated after delivery may result in service restrictions, as outlined in our Terms of Service
